A private retreat nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by rolling hills, relaxation, and stylish design, just a few minutes from the Versilia coast, Lucca, and Pisa. It features two comfortable bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and the other with a double bed. There’s a bathroom with a spa shower and a kitchen equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, and everything you need to cook! Outside, there’s a spacious area with a heated hot tub, a barbecue, a dining table, and a hammock. A hearty Italian breakfast is included. We can’t wait to welcome you and introduce you to Tuscany surrounded by nature!

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €300.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
