Welcome to Friesland, In a truly unique spot by our little lake with an unobstructed view. Enjoy the view from your porch. The cottage has a clean bathroom and a kitchen with a refrigerator, hot water, and a dishwasher. There is one bedroom with two beds and one bedroom with three beds. The campground has playground equipment for the children, and they can row the boats or pedal boats for free. We regularly have a big, cozy campfire. The surrounding area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying, for example, the Wadden Sea coast or nature reserves elsewhere. You can rent a boat, SUP, or canoe just 1 km away, and they’re also available for rent further afield to take a beautiful trip through, for example, the Ottema/Wiersma Reserve.You can also visit Eernewoude, which is nearby, or Lauwersoog. Day trips to cities like Dokkum, Leeuwarden, or Harlingen are always fun. How about visiting various museums or going on a mudflat hike? The hot tub, housed in an old sea buoy, is located right next to the cottage.

The campground is a small campground, ideal for families with young children. Here you’ll find peace and space. This small, cozy nature campground in North Friesland is located on a small natural lake with a grassy beach. Around the campground, you can fully enjoy the characteristic Frisian landscape with its mound villages while biking or hiking. You can also explore beautiful canoe routes in the immediate vicinity. From the water, you’ll see the beautiful, varied landscape from a completely different perspective. The campground is located 2 km from the Elfstedentocht route. Come to our campground if you love nature and, when there are enough guests, a cozy campfire in the evening.Kids can have fun building a raft or paddling on the small lake. We also have a 3.5-hectare forest where they can build a treehouse.
