Enjoy the real Tuscany in our charming vacation home, quietly situated near the authentic village of Caldana. An ideal base for hikes, bike rides, visits to historic villages, and trips to the beaches of the Maremma. Here you’ll experience peace, space, nature, and warm Italian hospitality. The home is situated in a unique, peaceful spot, nestled in the green rolling hills, surrounded by our own vineyard, with a stunning view of the natural landscape. Inside, you’ll find a bright, comfortable interior with everything you need for a relaxing stay. On the spacious terrace, you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, a good glass of local wine at sunset, and the tranquility that makes this special place so unique. The property includes a private pool, located about 70 meters from the vacation home. Both guests and owners are welcome to use it. There is a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room.

The nearest village to the vacation home is Caldana, 4.5 kilometers away. The last 2 kilometers to the vacation home are on a gravel path that leads through the woods to the property. The location is therefore peaceful; here you can hear the silence, the birds, and the crickets. However, by car, you can reach the lively town of Caldana in 10 minutes. There you’ll find restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a post office, and various shops. Within 35 minutes, you can reach the beautiful beaches of Follonica, Castiglione della Pescaia, or Punta Ala. The idyllic coves of Cala Viollina and Cala Martina are also nearby for a day at the beach. In the mood for some culture or a charming Italian town? The picturesque town of Massa Marittima is just a 25-minute drive away and is known for its impressive cathedral, narrow streets, and lively squares.
