Fermina Daza is a spacious, detached country house in a beautiful green valley (2 hectares of private garden) with a large living room featuring a fireplace, a dining area, and an open kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two half-baths, and a large loft with a library. There is a veranda with a dining table for warm and rainy days and a large, sunny terrace overlooking the garden. The house is tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped and serves as a central hub in the home, from which the cook can overlook the living room and dining area. Each bedroom has its own unique style. The house is nearly energy-neutral, featuring wall-mounted radiators, underfloor heating, a heat pump, and solar panels. A comfortable home for all seasons. A helophyte filter provides water purification.
Nature and surroundings
Fermina Daza is located next to a large nature reserve with forests, meadows, and a river. A small stream flows through the garden. You can take beautiful walks with spectacular views. With a little luck, you might spot a roe deer, perhaps a fox, or the red kite that lives in the valley. In the summer, there are many butterflies in the garden, and there are the spotted woodpecker, the green woodpecker, and three pairs of fieldfares.
