Nature house in Nunspeet

For those who love peace, space, and nature, we have a beautifully situated, fully modernized 6-person vacation home available for rent! Cottage Eva is quietly situated in a small park of 6 cottages on the edge of the Veluwe forests. The cottage is fully equipped and has 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor. Each bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm), one of which can also be used as two separate beds. The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and the toilet are located downstairs. There is a modern, open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, combination oven, induction cooktop, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The ground floor features PVC flooring with underfloor heating. The living room features an extension, a decorative fireplace, and French doors leading to the patio, which is furnished with a comfortable patio set. Internet (500 Mbps/sec) and TV are provided via fiber-optic connection; gas usage is managed through HomeWizard. A washer and dryer are also available.

This nature house is ideally located near various amenities. It’s a maximum of a 5-minute walk to the train station and about a 10-minute walk to the city center. You can also visit the adjacent Hotel Vennendal for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner. The Visitor Center, where you can find all kinds of information about the Veluwe and rent bicycles, is just a few minutes’ walk away, as is the observation tower with a playground for the little ones. Directly across from the cottage is the Kabouterbos. It’s a 5-minute drive to the A28. This nature house has one parking space on the grounds of the park. Additional cars can park at the nearby transferium. Nunspeet is a charming village with many cozy restaurants and outdoor cafes. You can easily reach the woods or the village on foot or by bike. The Zandenplas, where you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing, is about a 10-minute bike ride away. Of course, you can also head to Lake Veluwe for a swim or a boat ride.
