Welcome to Mara’s Vacation Villa! Recently renovated in 2026, this vacation home offers modern living comfort across approximately 110 m² for up to 6 people and up to 3 dogs in a quiet location right on the edge of the forest. Look forward to three modern bedrooms, a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area with a smart TV and a wood-burning stove, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. The house features a modern bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, and electric floor heating. A special highlight is the large, fully fenced property with a sun terrace, seating area, and Weber gas grill—ideal for families, nature lovers, and dog owners. Note: The garden shed is for private use and is not included in the rental.

The Hinterhausen Forest Vacation Park is idyllically situated on the edge of the forest, just about a 7-minute drive from Gerolstein. Surrounded by forests and the typical Vulkaneifel landscape, it is the ideal starting point for hikes, walks, and bike rides. The surrounding area offers numerous attractions, such as Kasselburg Castle with its eagle and wolf park, the Daun Wildlife & Adventure Park, and the famous Daun maars. The nearby spa town of Gerolstein features supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and other recreational options. Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €300.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.

- Minimum age of main booker: 23 years.

- No parties or events are allowed.
