Vacation Villa in Piedmont A Home in Authentic Piedmont Welcome! A charming and comfortable vacation villa in Piedmont, nestled in the lush, rolling hills of Monferrato, near Acqui Terme. Here you’ll stay in the heart of authentic Northern Italy, surrounded by vineyards, rolling hills, and small Italian villages. A peaceful place for those who want to enjoy the Italian way of life, away from the hustle and bustle of tourist destinations. The cottage sleeps up to 6 people and is especially pleasant for couples, but also for families or friends who want to vacation together and value space and privacy. Peace, space, and privacy In this cottage, the day begins peacefully. With a cappuccino on the terrace, a view of the hills, and complete freedom to plan your day as you wish. Go for a walk or bike ride through the Monferrato countryside, visit a market in a nearby town, or discover a local winery.
Nature and surroundings
Piedmont is a region for those who enjoy life. The region is known for its vineyards, Barbera, Moscato, and other Piedmontese wines, Slow Food, local cuisine, and historic towns and cities. From the cottage, you can explore Acqui Terme, Nizza Monferrato, Canelli, Asti, and Alba, among other destinations. The famous wine regions of Langhe and Monferrato are also within easy reach. Visit a small winemaker, take a walk through the vineyards, stroll through an Italian market, or grab a table at a local family-run restaurant. We’re happy to share our personal recommendations for unique wineries, restaurants, hikes, markets, and spots you won’t always find in a travel guide. This house was born out of our love for Piedmont. We fell in love with the tranquility, the landscape, the hospitality, and authentic Italian life. We love sharing that love for the region with our guests.

For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €300.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 21 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
