An oasis of peace nestled in the countryside of the inner hinterland. A recently renovated 84-square-meter apartment, sleeps 5, equipped with all the comforts to make you feel right at home—featuring everything you need and even a few extras—nestled in the lush greenery of the Ligurian countryside, where tranquility reigns supreme, yet just 5 km from the nearby beach at Diano Marina. There’s also a dining area in the small outdoor courtyard, and a spacious private garden perfect for relaxation. There are no shops in the immediate vicinity of the house, but two well-stocked supermarkets are located along the road leading to the apartment. Air conditioning is available in the living area and both bedrooms. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, various types of coffee makers, a kettle, toaster, and personal and household cleaning supplies. The apartment, which is completely independent, is located on a property where Barbara lives with her cat, Perseo. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed per stay.

The apartment is located on a property with a large Mediterranean garden, which guests are free to use in its entirety, including designated areas reserved for their use. The garden features several relaxation areas, where you’ll find: a small sitting area with a sofa and two armchairs, lounge chairs with cushions, a hammock, chairs, and small tables. In the evening, you can enjoy the cool air with your feet on the grass and gaze at the stars at night, illuminated by fireflies and accompanied by the croaking of frogs. The garden is fully fenced; wildlife may pass through the surrounding area. The sea is only 5 km away and can be reached in 10 minutes by car (public transportation is not available). Just a few minutes’ drive away are trails leading to the nearest mountains (Pizzo d’Evigno and Monte Ceresa), while other locations in the Ligurian Alps Natural Park are reachable within a maximum of 1 hour by car.
