We are offering our beautifully situated, detached house in Le Marche, Italy, for rent to those seeking peace and quiet and culture lovers. We live at an elevation of 300 m. From the terraces, you can look out over the hills toward the Apennines. Loretello Castle is a 500-meter walk from our house. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking, dining out, or running errands. On the ground floor, the house has two double bedrooms: one with an electrically adjustable double bed and one with a beautiful antique Italian bunk bed measuring 90x200 cm. There is a large bathroom with a double sink, shower, and toilet. Wi-Fi and a charger for your electric car are available. On the First floor is the large living room with a comfortable sofa and ottoman, a dining table with four chairs, books, games, and more. The house has two terraces. One opens directly from the kitchen. On the second, upper terrace, there is a private swimming pool, 350 cm in diameter and 120 cm deep, perfect for cooling off on hot days or floating around on an air mattress.
Nature and surroundings
The surroundings are green and unspoiled. You can see the foothills of the Apennines. The abundance of fireflies in the summer is proof of the clean air. Birdwatchers will also find plenty to enjoy here. Loretello is located in an area of small-scale, mostly organic farming, including vineyards, olive groves, sunflowers, pomegranates, and more. Loretello is one of the nine castle villages known as “i castelli di Arcevia.” Each one is worth a visit and can be reached within a single day’s drive. The Adriatic Sea is just 25 away—perfect for a stroll along the beach, enjoying some fresh fish, or taking a refreshing dip.
