Our home is a 200-year-old farmhouse featuring a fully renovated 70-square-meter apartment for our guests. It is nestled in the heart of nature at an elevation of 850 meters, offering breathtaking views of the valley and mountains, just 15 minutes from Lake Annecy. Ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends. The place exudes peace and tranquility and is fully equipped with modern amenities (fiber-optic internet). The house is accessible via a dirt path and a staircase and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Dogs are not allowed. You enter into the dining room/kitchen with a cozy fireplace. There are two bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed, and a high-quality sofa bed in the living room. There is a separate toilet, and the bathroom features a rain shower. A BBQ, fondue set, and raclette set are at your disposal. A crib with a mattress is available upon request. Behind the house, there is a swing and a pull-up bar for the children. Books and games are in the cupboard.
Nature and surroundings
There are many hiking trails in the area that start right from the front door. Skiing is also an option; the nearest slopes are 30–40 minutes from the house. There are many mountain passes in the area for road cycling, and mountain bike trails right on your doorstep. There is a beautiful waterfall 800 meters away. Lake Annecy is 15 minutes from the house. We’d be happy to tell you about the various beaches and tourist attractions. In the village itself, there is a good bakery, and in the nearby village (10 minutes away), there are three supermarkets, cozy cafes and restaurants, a pharmacy, a doctor’s office, etc. We live right above the apartment and are here to help you with information about the area, restaurant reservations, or booking a tandem paragliding flight.
