The dune chalet, inspired by the dunes of Zeeland, is situated on a spacious lot offering plenty of privacy. The terrace enjoys sun all day long and offers a beautiful view of the village and the surrounding polder landscape. From the living room, with its cozy sitting area, you have a beautiful view of the garden through the French doors. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area is equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The master bedroom features a double box-spring bed and a spacious wardrobe. The smaller bedroom has two single beds and a dresser. A bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower completes this beautiful chalet. The large garden is fully fenced, making this accommodation ideal for children and, if desired, a dog.
Nature and surroundings
The island is surrounded by the North Sea, Oosterschelde National Park, and the Grevelingen. The island has many spots where the underwater world is just as beautiful as the world above the water’s surface. The northern tip of Schouwen features dune areas where hikers, cyclists, mountain bikers, and athletes can enjoy themselves to their heart’s content. Birdwatchers should definitely not miss the 4,400-hectare Plan Tureluur. The historic town of Zierikzee is centrally located on the island. The surrounding villages and polders form the island’s green hinterland.
