Vacation home Vonkshoeske is suitable and fully equipped for 2 persons. Living room/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and dining room total 38 m², of which 16 m² are for living room and kitchen. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. To electro there is: refrigerator with freezer, combi microwave/oven, Senseo coffee maker, kettle. For convenience, we have already provided salt/pepper, oil, sugar. And for the first day there are coffee pods and tea bags ready.In the bedroom (8 m²): two single beds made up, with reading lights.Vonkshoeske is an extension to the house, it used to be the stables. Now sustainably rebuilt (as much as 50% of the insulation material used from sustainably extracted flax and newspaper shreds) and which is furnished with an eye for the environment, with as little waste as possible, because except for the bedding, cutlery and towels, almost all materials and items in the house are second-hand or recycled.
Nature and surroundings
In the summer, vacation home Vonkshoeske is partly hidden in the greenery. The Vonkslaan, where the house is located, is a quiet, green regional road between Bellingwolde and Rhederbrug, overlooking the fields across the street. The cottage has a private driveway from the street, and a private entrance. You can park your car at the cottage, bikes you brought can be stored in the owner's shed, which can be locked.Why Bellingwolde and East Groningen? In the village itself and further everywhere else in the Oldambt the most beautiful villa farms of the Netherlands, the impressive emptiness of the Carel-Coenraadpolder, the locks and pumping stations of Termunten with a view over the Eems from the medieval tower, the seal-watching wall on the Punt van Reide (Neerlands verste uithoek), fortress Bourtange and the medieval monastery of Ter Apel. Only booked 2 nights? You will regret it.
