Experience the real outdoors in our nature house, a spacious and characterful apartment in our robust and authentic Frisian farmhouse in Wyns. Here you can enjoy peace, space and cosiness, in the middle of the meadows and close to the famous bridge of Bartlehiem. The cottage is an apartment for 6 persons. This spacious apartment has its own complete kitchen and two private bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are downstairs. On the second floor are the kitchen and living area located. An elevator is available for our guests who have difficulty walking. A nice vacation in Friesland with the family? Gast op stal in Wyns is an excellent choice! In the village we have an eatery by the water, here you can also rent a sloop in the summer. In our yard you can charge your car electrically. In our farm we have a total of 3 apartments. Each apartment has the bathroom and kitchen to itself. Only the hall and playroom are shared.
Nature and surroundings
Around Wyns you will find beautiful cycling and walking routes along meadows, water and characteristic villages. Directly from the accommodation you can enjoy cycling along the many quiet bike paths that the area is rich. Just 200 meters away is a cozy eatery where you can go for a cup of coffee, lunch or a delicious dinner overlooking the water. Here departs also the ferry to the other side, a nice place to continue walking. Here is also a nice playground. In Wyns you can also rent a boat through the café. Supermarket and bakery etc. at 7 minutes by car. The central location makes our cottage a perfect base for a versatile stay. The attractive Elfstedenstad Leeuwarden is a short distance away and also the historic Dokkum is easily accessible. Whether you like nature, culture, cosiness or being active outdoors: in and around Wyns you will discover Friesland at its best.
