Welcome to our nature house, a detached, renovated maison Quercynoise in Prayssac. This attractive vacation home on a closed private property of 3,000m² exudes peace and privacy. Outside you will enjoy the shady trees, a cozy barbecue on the terrace and a refreshing dip in the large private pool (5x10m) without overlooking. Your car is safely parked on the spacious parking lot under the trees.Inside, comfort and cosiness meet. The spacious living room with functional open kitchen invites long evenings of dining. For relaxation there is a Chromecast and Blu-Ray/DVD player, and on cooler evenings the wood stove provides gentle warmth. Upstairs is a cozy additional sitting room for quiet reading or playing a game. With 3 bedrooms with double beds (2 on the ground floor, 1 upstairs) and 2 complete bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath, both with WC and sink), our house offers all the comforts for an unforgettable stay.
