The cottage is located on our wine estate of 9 hectares; there are almond trees, olives and many fruit trees and a vineyard of 1.5 hectares. In August the almonds are roasted , in September the grapes and in November the olive harvest. In between, the fruit trees give lots of fruit; in winter lots of tangerines and oranges; by summer we have plums and cherries, apples, pears, etc. It is quite an old estate with three large antique wells and so fortunately are never without water; there is also a small river flowing through our land; which brings a lot of liveliness. There is a nice old planting of palms and other beautiful trees and shrubs.
