Nature house in Römhild

The vacation home has been lovingly renovated and extended by the owners themselves. It has a ground floor and a converted attic as well as a large garden. On the first floor there is a cozy eat-in kitchen with a wood-burning stove, a living room with a large fireplace and a wonderful view, a playroom and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The bedrooms are located in the attic, one room with a double bed, one room with two single beds and a large room with a double and single bed and WC. It is also possible to set up a travel cot. The spacious garden offers plenty of space for families with children to play and run around. Three terraces invite you to relax and linger. You can start the day in the morning sun, experience a cozy evening on the west terrace with a colorful sunset.

Detailed description of the location of the accommodation: In the south of Thuringia, in the district of Hildburghausen, near the small and tranquil town of Römhild, lie the two Gleichberge mountains. At the foot of the small Gleichberg - the Steinsburg - lies the vacation home, idyllically embedded in a charming meadow landscape and an extensive forest area. There are meadows around the house, which are farmed. There is another house behind the property, which the neighbors occasionally use as a weekend home. You can enjoy a wonderful view from the west side of the Steinsburg as far as the Rhön. You live where foxes and hares say good night to each other - a place for nature lovers. A visit to the Steinsburg is a MUST. The idyllic Römhild forest swimming pool is only 1.5 km from the cottage and is easily accessible by bike or on foot. A visit to the Franconian thermal baths in Bad Königshofen or Bad Neustadt is not only recommended in bad weather.
