In our colorful mobile home, located on the outskirts of Marknesse and painted in the colors of the rainbow. You can sleep soundly in a spacious twin bed with a view of the countryside and our sheep, cows, and chickens. Make yourself a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy a fresh breakfast in the morning, complete with an egg from our own chickens. Our building houses the restroom, equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. Parking is available on our own property. Cadastral number NOP B 2751
Nature and surroundings
Our bed and breakfast is not far from Blokzijl, Vollenhove, Marknesse, Luttelgeest, Kraggenburg, Emmeloord, Giethoorn, and Steenwijk. In Luttelgeest, about 5 km away as the crow flies, you’ll find Pantropica, formerly known as the Orchideehoeve. It’s definitely worth a visit. The Waterloopbos is also about 7 km away from us. Hidden within the Waterloopbos, a national monument, are scale models of more than thirty waterworks. The Het ProefLab// Pavilion is the ideal starting point for a walk through this area with its unique history. Boating through the canals of Giethoorn. Boating through the Weerribben Join a guided boat tour through the Weerribben. From the water, you’ll have a beautiful view of nature. You’ll learn all about it beforehand, and along the way, you might even spot birds, butterflies, and dragonflies yourself! Starting point: Ossenzijl. At the beginning of Steenwijkerdwarsweg, bike junction number 12 connects to junctions 78 and 90 in Marknesse.
