Historic charm meets modernity: your spacious natural paradise Welcome to our lovingly converted former barn and stable! From the outside, the house impresses with its rustic, traditional quarry stone charm, while inside you can expect a completely rebuilt, modern living paradise. With plenty of space for 8-10 people, the entire vacation home is perfect for unforgettable vacations with extended family or friends. The house is divided into two modern living units and offers a total of four cosy bedrooms. For maximum comfort, two of the bedrooms have an en-suite shower room. There is also another bathroom and separate WC on the upper floor. The centerpiece is the fully equipped kitchen, which invites you to cook together, while a small, practical pantry-kitchen on the upper floor provides additional comfort and privacy.

Idyllic natural paradise: Secluded location by a stream in the Vulkaneifel. Relax in our charming vacation home in a dreamlike secluded location. Surrounded by untouched nature on the edge of the forest and located directly on the Sammetbach stream, you will find an oasis of peace where you can unwind undisturbed with a good book. For those who like it more active, the most beautiful hiking trails in the region start directly from the farm. In just a few hundred metres you can reach the romantic Holzmaar and the direct access to the famous Maare-Mosel cycle path. Another highlight awaits real adventurers: the spectacular castle climbing route in Manderscheid is just a few minutes away by car. Whether relaxation or thrills - everything is close by here.
