Cozy and warm "hytte" with a view in a quiet wooded area. The accommodation has a spacious terrace with plenty of choice of sun and shade spots and is equipped with furniture. On the north side you have magical views over the valley. On all other side is forest. Once inside, the warm smell of wood meets you. The house offers plenty of space in the cozy living room with sitting area and wood stove for 6 people. Start the day at the spacious dining table overlooking nature and the stunning view. In the evening there is always a place outside where you can catch the last rays of the sun. The house is equipped with a heat pump and also an air conditioning unit for the ultimate convenience, for the cozy moments you can light the wood stove. Come and enjoy this magical place. Welcome!
Nature and surroundings
The property is close to Evje, Kristiansand and Vennesla. Ferry and airport 1 hour away. Car(s) parking at the door in own yard. In summer you will find a swimming lake and many hiking trails around the corner. The house is located in a beautiful wooded area with lots of visible wildlife. Among others, you will regularly see deer, hares, birds of prey, and moose. At least 20 km of cross-country ski trails in the winter months. Then, of course, the swimming lake is a wonderful ice rink if the weather is favorable. If you prefer more skiing fun, Bortelid and Høgås are nearby. Active day trips to, for example, Tømmerenna, Mineralparken, Trollaktiv, Gokart, Sørlandsenter and Dyreparken are recommended.
