A large, beautiful, light-filled, private yurt in the far corner of a socially innovative estate—where you truly feel at home. Set amid the natural beauty of Flemish Brabant (forests, horses, fields, birds…), in complete tranquility (no through traffic, in an authentic village) yet offering every comfort, functionality, and coziness. A cozy double bed, a huge corner living area with a DVD/TV set, an antique dining and work table, reliable Wi-Fi, 1,001 charming touches, a separate reading nook… But that’s not all: out back is a mobile home that houses both a mini-kitchen and a bathroom (so no unwanted odors or moisture in the yurt—plus extra living space). Combi-oven, double induction cooktop, comfort shower, refrigerator… All wastewater is “recycled” on-site and returned to nature; we try to use as much rainwater as possible for the plumbing... The yurt is surrounded by nature (a small grove, wild plants and shrubs...) and offers a lovely view.
Nature and surroundings
Nestled between the green Pajottenland and bustling Brussels lies a surprisingly diverse region: Merchtem-Meise. Here, you’ll find yourself surrounded by hop fields, castles, quiet country roads, and cozy village cafés and other local businesses (healthy food, culture...), while in less than half an hour (or just 15 minutes if, for example, you use the Atomium as your gateway to Brussels), you’ll be in the heart of Brussels. This combination makes the region unique: wake up peacefully among the fields, bike past orchards, and later enjoy an espresso on a Brussels terrace. But you can always escape the immense hustle and bustle typical of the big city—from light and air pollution to constant noise pollution, privacy violations (cameras…), and the like. The best of both worlds! Our large luxury yurt is therefore suitable for both short-term tourist stays and periods of remote work and wellness retreats. After all, nature, purity, and tranquility are priceless remedies for a healthy and happy life.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Not suitable for children under the age of 3.
- Minimum age of main booker: 21 years.
