Higher up, on the outskirts of the village of Prümzurlay in the Naturpark Südeifel our vacation apartment for 6 people has a beautiful view of nature and hop fields.From the living room you step directly onto the wide balcony, equipped with garden chairs with tables to enjoy nature even more.In addition to the living room with open kitchen and large dining table are on this floor a guest toilet and a room with washing machine, dryer and wardrobe.Upstairs is a spacious bathroom, two bedrooms and a study. The largest of the bedrooms and the study have access to a 2nd balcony with also a beautiful view. On the lower floor (the house is on a slope) is a 3rd bedroom, a study and a private bathroom. Also the technical room with heat pump and meter cupboard is located here. The garden is friendly to bees and butterflies and has a trampoline (Apr-Oct).
Nature and surroundings
Experience nature: hiking and cycling routes run about 20 meters from the house. The Naturpark Südeifel, one of the oldest nature parks in Germany, offers a mix of peace, space and varied landscapes. It is also a perfect starting point to discover beautiful regions in the area: 1) Felsenland: Around Prümzurlay, Irrel and Bollendorf you will find extensive forests and spectacular rock formations. Discover trails like the Teufelsschlucht, the suspension bridge over the Prüm towards Irrel and the Grüne Hölle. 2) Bitburg Region: To the north-east is Bitburg, with shopping center, beautiful cycling routes and the famous beer brewery. For families, Eifelpark Gondorf is highly recommended. 3) Trier & Moselle: A short distance away is Trier, Germany's oldest city, full of Roman history. Combine culture with enjoyment in the surrounding Mosel region full of vineyards. Tip: Moselradweg. 4) Luxembourg & Müllerthal: Echternach (L) at 15min drive, is start of the E1-trail. In short: an ideal base!
