Are you looking for a bed and breakfast in a quiet, rural setting? Then you’ve come to the right place. The first room has two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. The second room has a bunk bed. A crib or fold-out bed can be added for an extra child. This makes the rooms ideal for families! The rooms are next to each other in our self-built farmhouse. Each room has its own mini-fridge, Senseo coffee maker, and a private table for breakfast. For breakfast, you can enjoy homemade yogurt or freshly baked bread. Of course, you’re also welcome to enjoy breakfast in the garden! The view is wonderfully expansive, overlooking the countryside! In short, feel welcome and come experience it for yourself. The bathroom is simple and intended for shared use only. During your stay, you’ll share it with the other guests. We look forward to seeing you!
Nature and surroundings
Bicycle and hiking trails run past our house and farmland. The surrounding area features beautiful nature and hiking areas, with many creeks along which there are hiking trails. In nearby Axel, there are several museums dedicated to the history of the area. You can visit a water tower, and there are several windmills nearby that are regularly in operation. There are also beautiful bike routes that pass by sea locks and old forts in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The beautiful old fortified town of Hulst is a short distance away. Axel is within walking distance if you enjoy walking. Terneuzen is also nearby. There are lovely little villages and hamlets such as Schapenbout, Spui, and Zaamslag. Just across the border, you can visit the beautiful cities of Ghent, Bruges, and Antwerp—all within a half-hour drive. For children, just across the border is the Puyenbroeck Provincial Property, featuring an extensive walking trail with animals, a flower garden, and museums. Of course, there’s much more to discover in the area!

If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount. After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refunded
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refunded
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refunded
• on the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €50.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.

- No parties or events are allowed.
