Sleeping Quarters: Features a plush double sized bed with linens provided, positioned to offer views of the garden the moment you wake up. The Kitchenette: A sleek, custom-built space equipped with a small 2 ring induction hob, sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, cooking equipment for a light meal and essential glassware for enjoying local Dordogne wines. The Shower Suite: A surprisingly spacious, modern bathroom featuring a walk in shower, heated towel rail and toiletries. The Decor: A curated "Modern French Country" aesthetic - think soft neutrals, natural textures, and bespoke lighting that creates a golden glow at sunset. We welcome guests with pets, but ask that given the size of the property this is limited to one small dog.

The Exterior: Your Private Estate Nook Step outside into your own corner of the Sous le Chateau estate. Set Among The Trees: The house is perched on the cliff above the river set among an impressive tree-scape Al Fresco Living: A dedicated decked terrace with bistro seating - the perfect spot for a morning croissant or a twilight aperitif. The Riverside: Follow the private path down to the water's edge. The sound of the River Isle provides a constant, calming soundtrack to your stay. Note: Our riverside garden is shared with our B&B guests. The Village: You are just a short, scenic, walk from the village square of Jumilhac-le-Grand, home to a restaurant, a bakery, local butcher, pharmacy, grocery shop and the imposing castle gates.
