Stay in a cozy gîte in a more than 200 year old winery, in the middle of the nature of the Dordogne. Free and quiet, surrounded by greenery and space, where you immediately get the feeling of being away from it all. A place for those who want to slow down, walk and simply live outdoors. The gîte has a spacious kitchen, a living room and a double room with private bathroom. All the rooms have their own outside door, making the inside and outside blend effortlessly. Adjacent to the living room is the original wine cave, a cool space with its own character. Outside you will find several terraces in sun and shade, scattered around the house. Nature and surroundings
The gîte is located in a quiet, green area in the heart of the Dordogne, a region known for its varied landscape, rich history and relaxed rhythm. Here you are among prehistoric sites, castles and atmospheric medieval villages. The lively town of Sarlat is about a 30-minute drive away, and the area invites you to get outside. There is an extensive network of hiking trails through forests, along fields and small roads. Cycling and canoeing on the Dordogne River are also possibilities. A short distance away is a quiet beach where you can swim or just enjoy the water, as well as discover local markets, gardens and small towns. And those who come here primarily to unwind will automatically find in the landscape the space to slow down and do nothing for a while.
