This comfortable cozy nature house is completely free on our large natural yard where we live since 2017 in our beautiful wooden house and since May 2026 house Vossenbroek to rent.The cottage has your own entrance and garden on two sides with a seating area, nice and private.Under the roof you can park your bikes and where necessary recharge.The cottage is sustainably built and finished with wood from the environment. It is heated by floor heating.Inside it is spacious and fully equipped.The living room has a spacious kitchen including an induction hob and an oven. There is a dining area, a closet with books and games, a sitting area with cozy wood stove.In the cozy bedroom is a nice quiet sleep. There is a nice bathroom with spacious shower. The view is beautiful everywhere, really a place for nature lovers and a nice base to explore the area.
Nature and surroundings
Our lovely grounds are surrounded by the Gelderland landscape, nature reserve Vossenbroek. Here you will find woods, wet meadows with hedges, naturally formed meadows with flowering herbs. It is the habitat of many birds. Deer can often be seen here and with a little luck also a fox or a badger. Directly past the nature house there are several hiking trails. On the bike or a short drive you will find many neighboring nature reserves such as the Wisselse Peat, the forests and moors of Epe, Gortel and Vierhouten and Wenum-Wiesel. Are you a lover of wellness then you will probably enjoy the Veluwsebron at 5 minutes cycling distance. Groceries can be purchased in the local store in Emst (1 km) or 10 minutes by bike in Epe where you will find everything else. Also in the culinary field there is plenty to find in the neighborhood. If you want to visit a city you will find Apeldoorn, Zwolle and the beautiful Deventer within 25 minutes drive.

Perfect for people looking for a quiet place to stay for a few days (though it's also great for a long vacation).
Perfect voor mensen die een aantal dagen (maar kan ook prima voor een lange vakantie) een rustige plek zoeken.
What a beautiful place! The cottage is located on a property but still feels private, with its own little path leading to it. It’s situated along a quiet road with only local traffic.
The cottage itself is lovely. Clean and spacious for two people, with a super comfortable bed. Dish towels and bath towels are included. Soap and dish soap are also provided. There’s a nice wood stove—which we unfortunately didn’t use (it was 27 degrees ;)—and screens on all windows and doors. The owners are friendly. They stopped by in the evening to check if everything was okay.
In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the patio. If it rains, that’s no problem either—the patio has a small awning. Epe was just a 15-minute bike ride away. Een mooie houtkachel die we helaas niet hebben gebrand ( het was 27 graden ;) en voor alle ramen en deuren een hor. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk. En kwamen in de avond even checken of alles in orde was.
