This comfortable cozy nature house is located entirely free on our large natural yard where we (Sjouke and Jantine) live since 2017 in our beautiful wooden house and since May 2026 we rent out Vossenbroek. The cottage has your own entrance and garden on two sides with a seating area, nice and private. Under the roof you can park your bikes and where necessary recharge. The cottage is sustainably built and finished with wood from the environment. It is heated by floor heating.Inside it is spacious and fully equipped.The living room has a spacious kitchen including an induction hob and an oven. There is a dining area, a closet with books and games, a sitting area with cozy wood stove.In the cozy bedroom is a nice quiet sleep. There is a nice bathroom with spacious shower. The view is beautiful everywhere, really a place for nature lovers and a nice base to explore the area.
Nature and surroundings
Our lovely grounds are surrounded by the Gelderland landscape, nature reserve Vossenbroek. Here you will find woods, wet meadows with hedges, naturally formed meadows with flowering herbs. It is the habitat of many birds. Deer can often be seen here and with a little luck also a fox or a badger. Directly past the nature house there are 2 wooden shoes paths and 2 pole routes. On the bike or a short drive you will find all kinds of adjacent natural areas such as the Wisselse Peat, the forests and moors of Epe, Gortel and Vierhouten and Wenum-Wiesel. Are you a lover of Wellness then you will probably enjoy the Veluwsebron at 5 minutes cycling distance. Groceries can be purchased in the local store of Emst (1 km) or 10 minutes by bike in Epe where you will find everything else. Also in the culinary field there is plenty to find in the neighborhood. If you want to visit a city you will find Apeldoorn, Zwolle and the beautiful Deventer within 25 minutes drive.
