Nature and surroundings

This house is surrounded by fields and woods, with spectacular views over the valley to the 12th century village church. There is an abundance of birds, deer and sometimes even wild boar to be seen around the house. It is situated in an unspoiled part of the Dordogne with amazing walks, bike trails, chateaux, bastide towns and lots more to discover. There are amazing walks and cycling routes from our doorstep, where you can see the best the Dordogne has to offer - amazing woods with wild orchids, deer and wild boar, open vistas over fields and valley with rivers.

What does “Fireworks-free” mean?
The host indicates that the area is firework-free. Firework-free means that no firework bangs can be heard in and around the accommodation.
