The nature house is located in a quiet, small-scale vacation park. The house sits on a lot of over 1,000 square meters. The house has two floors. The four bedrooms and the bathroom are located in the basement, which is flooded with natural light. In the summer, it stays pleasantly cool, so air conditioning isn’t necessary here. The living area is located 1 meter above ground level. The living area connects to a large veranda measuring 8.50 meters by 2.20 meters. The house is cozy and fully equipped with all modern amenities. The house is heated via underfloor heating. The living area features a fireplace and a wood stove. There is a separate shed available for your bicycles and/or e-bikes, complete with a charging station. This shed also houses a gas barbecue and lounge chairs. The shed can be securely locked.

This unique home is situated in a quiet, intimate forest park and sits on a spacious lot of over 1,000 m². The wooded grounds offer plenty of privacy, along with ample space to enjoy the sun. An ideal spot for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. Roe deer and wild boars are frequently spotted, and there is plenty of wildlife to observe, making your stay extra special. For hikers and cyclists, this is a perfect base. You can walk straight into the Kroondomeinen, where you can enjoy beautiful hiking and biking trails through forests, heathland, and expansive nature. Every season offers a unique experience here. Surrounding Emst are charming villages and fun day trips such as the Apenheul and Julianatoren. For relaxation, the Veluwse Bron is nearby. A perfect combination of nature, tranquility, and activities. In short: It’s an ideal spot for nature lovers and for anyone who truly wants to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy peace and space along with a variety of activities.
