My house of 80m2 is made by myself and my old father. We used nature elements and tried to connect inside of house with garden outside. This works takes about 7 years,we are very slowly. In this 7 years we passed bad and good days,I learned to do hard job. Now is time..I open my door for you,to enjoy my simply house. If you like please suggest me,advise me,what I should do better. Parking place is in front of house. You will be alone in house,I live far away. You can always call me if need something.

Nature and surroundings

My house is on hill 340 m, situated in Nature Park Učka,behind the house is a garden direct connect with a walking path that leads you to the peak of Mountain Učka 1400m. In front of house is a sea view,and other walking path to the beach of Medveja.. cca 1,30h by foot. By car is 8 km to the sea and first beach,city of Lovran. In Lovran you find lot of shops and restaurant with local food. Lot of greenery everywhere,feel free to collect in my garden different plants for your good tea. Surroundings is a mix of the mediteranien and of mountain.

What does “contactless stay” mean?

The host indicates that the area is firework-free. Firework-free means that no firework bangs can be heard in and around the accommodation.
