Nature house in Lovran

This naturehouse is a recently renovated, old Istrian cottage with two bedrooms and one bathroom (shower room) and a wonderful garden surrounding it. The villa is located at the entrance of the National Park Ucka in a very charming village of Lovranska Draga (Draga di Lovrana). The comprises 80 square metres of living space and sleeps 3 people comfortably plus the fourth person on a sofa. There is also a baby cot free of charge. Pets are welcome. One double and one single room share a new shower room with plenty of towels provided. In the bathroom is a washing machine, and we also provide a hair dryer and an ironing board plus iron. The double bedroom has a double bed size 200 by 160 cm and a sizeable wardrobe and a desk for a dedicated work space. The single bed is 200 cm by 90 cm and this bedroom also has a desk. This sweet holiday home in Istria also has air conditioning in the living room and kitchen and movable fans which can be used anywhere else. The kitchen is equipped with everything.

The Istrian villa has a fantastic location. It is just five miles (eight kilometres) from some great sandy and pebbly beaches and the famous towns of Opatija and Lovran are within a few minutes’ reach by car. The view from the house and garden is simply stunning. Opatija and Lovran are historic and extremely charming seaside places connected with a 12km coastal walk known as Lungo mare. There are events such as concerts, outdoor plays, opera, dances and other entertainments in these towns. The whole area is studded with fantastic restaurants and cafes, bars, great shops and markets. Enjoy a day at the sea on a private boat or set off for a hearty walk up Ucka mountain to glean even more stunning views. You are in the area of exceptional natural beauty and a gourmet area with famous wines and wineries. All water sports, boat trips. Riding and general outdoor activities are right there for everyione.
