The BEL'M3 offers an exceptional view of the two valleys on either side of the Col du Brabant. Its southwest-facing location ensures it is sunny all day long; a large terrace is available, as well as access to the garden. You’ll have exclusive use of: - 3 spacious bedrooms (each with a double bed: 2 beds measuring 160×200 and 1 bed measuring 140×190), each with its own private shower and sink. One bedroom has a private terrace. - 1 fully equipped kitchen separated by a bar: all the basic essentials for cooking, raclette and fondue sets, a kettle, a coffee maker, a food processor, a pizza oven, and more... - 1 large, cozy living area of 85m² where you can all gather to eat together, chat by the stove, watch your favorite TV shows, or play the board games, foosball, and darts provided... - A very large terrace of over 100 m², about half of which is covered, perfect for dining
Nature and surroundings
The BEL'M3 is ideally located at the top of the Col du Brabant (altitude 900 m) and has been recently renovated: come enjoy the peace and quiet of nature year-round, with a magnificent, unobstructed view of the mountains, hiking trails that start right at the doorstep, Lac des Corbeaux just 4 km away, and the Bresse Hohneck ski slopes a 20-minute drive away... and plenty of other activities nearby (snowshoeing, mountain biking, road cycling, paragliding, lake swimming...)! Sports and exploration activities are available right across from the chalet; in the summer, you can book horseback rides with horses that graze in the field just behind the house. Just 500 meters away, you can visit the Brabant goat farm and enjoy tastings. From the outdoor sauna, you’ll enjoy a view of the valleys.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 25 years.
