BEL'M3 offers an exceptional view of the two valleys on either side of the Col du Brabant. With its south-western exposure, it enjoys sunshine all day long, a large terrace and access to the garden. 3 spacious bedrooms (each with a double bed: 2 beds 160*200 and 1 bed 140*190), each with its own private shower and washbasin. One bedroom has its own private terrace. - 1 fully-equipped kitchen with bar: all the essentials for cooking, raclette and fondue machines, kettle, coffee machine, food processor, pizza oven, etc. - 1 large, convivial 85m² living room where you can all get together to eat together, chat around the stove, watch your favorite TV series, or play the board games/babyfoot/darts provided... - a very large terrace of over 100m², about half of which is covered for your meals.
Nature and surroundings
BEL'M3 is ideally located at the top of the Col du Brabant (alt 900m), recently renovated: come and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature in all seasons, with a magnificent, unobstructed view of the mountains, hiking trails that start at the foot of the gîte, Lac des Corbeaux 4 km away, the ski slopes of Bresse Hohneck 20 min. away.... and plenty of other activities nearby (snowshoeing, mountain biking, road biking, paragliding, lake swimming...)! Sports and discovery activities are available in front of the chalet, and in summer you can book horseback rides, which graze in the field just behind the house. The Brabant goat farm, 500 m away, is open for visits and tastings. From the outdoor sauna you can enjoy views over the valleys.
