This nature house is in a fantastic location right on Lake Paterswoldsemeer. The 80m2 cottage is situated on a 2200 m2 lot with maximum privacy. The authentic house was built in the 80s. Equipped with all conveniences. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, kettle and coffee machine (beans). From the living room you have an approx 180 degree view of the lake. There are plenty of shaded areas in the garden. The private jetty is equipped with a swimming ladder. The water depth at the end of the jetty is approx 2 m. The house can be reached via a 400 meter long natural lane. At the end is private parking.
