A wonderfully simple little cottage nestled in the natural beauty of the Drentsche Aa. Our B&B is located next to our home, where we live as a family of five, on a sandy path with direct access to the Drentsche Aa. It’s a cozy cottage with a comfortably made-up double bed, a shower (towels provided), a toilet, coffee, and tea—but above all: a view. There is no separate bedroom, but there is a double bed (see photo). The cottage is located right on the Pieterpad, the Drenthepad, and the Groot Friesland Pad. There’s also plenty of space for cyclists. If you’d like to book dates other than those listed here, please contact us. Breakfast is waiting for you in the kitchenette, so you can set your own morning routine. There’s no TV, but you can enjoy watching and listening to the birds.
Nature and surroundings
Surrounded by beautiful nature, in the woods, with a view of the Aa landscape. The tiny house is located next to our home and has its own small terrace, ensuring privacy. There are no paved roads—just two sandy paths and a bike path. Several restaurants are within walking distance. The restaurant De Drentsche Aa is just around the corner. The village of Zuidlaren is a 5-minute bike ride away. The Hanseatic city of Groningen is 20 minutes away by bus (+ 1,500 m to the bus stop). You can go on endless bike rides here. You can hop on a mountain bike right away—the property is located right next to a mountain bike trail, just 50 meters away.
