A beautifully designed, newly built apartment in the old wing of a farmhouse. A Tiny house, fully equipped with all modern conveniences. Enjoy a romantic stay in a cozy box bed with comfortable mattresses, a living room with a wood stove, a bathroom with a rain shower, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, a combination oven, a refrigerator with a small freezer, a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules, and an extensive selection of teas. Nature and surroundings
Although it’s close to the town of Zutphen, you’re really out in the “countryside” here. From around late March to late October, you’ll see the cows making their daily walk to and from the pasture, and there are always newborn calves. You’ll also find chickens scratching around, horses and sheep, and an extremely friendly farm dog roaming the farm. Our nature house is located in the beautiful Achterhoek region, within biking distance of Zutphen’s historic center. There are wonderful bike rides and hikes to enjoy. Routes take you past the many castles that dot the Achterhoek region; the beautiful Hackfort Castle is just a 10-minute bike ride away. The IJssel River offers stunning views. Deventer and Arnhem are also within easy reach. Your hosts will be happy to recommend beautiful places to visit and great restaurants.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
