Pleasant and quiet detached vacation house with private pool (8x4m) in the Dordogne. The house is located in a cul-de-sac with some permanent residents nearby. The house includes 2 large bedrooms where there is room for up to 5 people. There are also 2 bathrooms with shower / bathtub, sinks, 2 toilets. The house has all the necessary comfort, such as air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, TV, ... The house is composed of 2 parts connected to each other. From the living room you have direct access to the covered terrace and swimming pool. Upstairs is a spacious bedroom with double and single bed. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet, laundry room, bathroom with open shower, bathtub and double washbasin and a spacious bedroom with double bed and access to terrace and swimming pool.
Nature and surroundings
The house is isolated, quiet and offers the necessary privacy with private pool and spacious and sunny terraces, as well as a spacious fully fenced garden. The private pool is heated and open from early May to late September. This house is an ideal base for a walking or cycling vacation in a beautiful region with many local markets, places of interest and wine estates. Visits to Saint Avit Sénieur, Cadouin, Beaumont, Monpazier, Limeuil, Bergerac and Sarlat are highly recommended.
