Rural former summer house of our 1772 farmhouse. Stylishly decorated with antique furniture and yet equipped with contemporary comforts such as electric floor heating in the living area. Fully equipped kitchen with 2-ring induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and Illy espresso machine. Bathroom with authentic 18th century tiled floor, shower, toilet, washbasin and sauna cabin. From the bathroom also a door to the garden. Large enclosed garden for sole use with several seating areas and sun beds. In the log cabin you will find cushions for the garden furniture, a parasol, drying rack, 2 Dutch classic bicycles (free to use) and a coat rack for outdoor/horse riding clothes. For those who love the atmosphere of yesteryear, you will find optimal relaxation here!
Nature and surroundings
The studio is rural, adjacent to a horse stable (Stal Veersedam) and surrounded by horse pastures. Enjoy the many birds, but you can also sometimes encounter a rabbit or pheasant in the garden.The beach is within walking distance (about 20 minutes) or in 5 minutes by bike. The North Sea, Oosterschelde and Veerse Meer are just a stone's throw away, including the world famous Oosterscheldekering (UNESCO) and Neeltje Jans. With the bicycle and foot ferry you can sail from Kamperland to the historic town of Veere. The cozy monument city of Middelburg can be reached in 15 car minutes.In Kamperland there are sufficient facilities for your daily living available, such as stores and supermarkets. In short: the ideal base for a relaxing stay on the coast of Zeeland! NB: in the yard are 3 curious cats walking around, beware that you do not accidentally lock them up or that they jump on your bed....
