Vrådal has many hicking options, also directly from the house, many mountains with fatastic views. Hiking maps available in the tourist office. Goot lake with beaches, motorboat and canoe rental possible. Cross-country and downhill skiing opportunities close by (Vrådal Panorama) and several nearby, Gautefall and Rauland. Nice coastal towns like Kragerø. Beautiful saunas at lakes. Dog sledding tours. Stores within walking distance of the house. Larger towns with all amenities within 20 minutes. Superb golf courses close by and nearby. Restaurants within walking distance. Waterski and wake board course an hour away. Northern Lights often seen.Very special are the Jettegryter potholes at Eikhom, with nature shaped water slides and high rocks to jump from. Is also a good hour's drive away.
