The house was completely renovated in the spring of 2026 and equipped for a comfortable stay with several people. This detached house with private pool is located between Albas and Luzech in the Lot, The house is ideal for families, families or groups of friends up to 8 adults and 1 or 2 children. The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, cozy living room and kitchen. The garden is decorated with a beautiful private pool which can be heated for an additional fee. Enjoy sunbeds by the pool, a large terrace for dining together and views of the vineyards. The entire garden is fenced with 90cm high hard netting and you have your own petanque court. Hiking trails start right from the house. In March 2026 a new kitchen was installed with dishwasher, induction hob, wine cooler and Nespresso. Furthermore, the house is equipped with air conditioning and charging station for electric cars, you can also use this for an additional fee.
Nature and surroundings
In the heart of the beautiful Lot valley, near the charming village of Albas, you will experience France at its purest. Here you will wake up to the sound of birds, and a view of rolling hills, vineyards and the meandering Lot River. The area is known for its peace, space and unspoiled nature. Along the way you will encounter authentic villages where time seems to stand still. The Lot River offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation: a refreshing swim, canoeing or simply enjoying at the water's edge with a good glass of local wine. In summer, the long, warm evenings provide magical sunsets over the valley. In addition, Albas is located in the middle of the famous wine region of Cahors, where you can visit local wineries and taste the region. Discover atmospheric villages, impressive castles, and special caves. In the summer the region buzzes with lively night markets and local markets where you can taste the real France.
