This charming 80 m² vacation home sits on a spacious lot of no less than 2,100 m², in the middle of the forest and completely secluded. Here, you’ll experience privacy as it’s meant to be: the rustling of the trees, the sounds of birds, and the soft light filtering through the canopy. It’s the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle. Whether you want to hike, read, write, or simply do nothing at all, this place invites you to slow down and recharge. The cottage is comfortably and tastefully furnished, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Inside, it feels warm and cozy; outside, you’ll experience the space and freedom of nature. This nature house isn’t your typical vacation home—it’s an experience of relaxation, space, and nature. A place where you can truly get away from it all, yet still find exactly what you need.
Nature and surroundings
The natural landscape around Emst is incredibly diverse and stretches across one of the most beautiful areas of the Veluwe. Here, forests, heathlands, wet peatlands, and open landscapes blend seamlessly, making every walk or bike ride a unique experience. Just 4 km away in Epe or Vaassen, you’ll find several restaurants and supermarkets. The Kroondomein Het Loo, a vast nature reserve, consists of dense forests, tranquil heathlands, and expansive wildlife areas. The Kievitsveld recreational lake offers opportunities for sunbathing, swimming, and water skiing. The Tongerense Heide and Gortelse Heide are vast heathlands where peace and space take center stage. Further on lies the IJssel Valley, an open and dynamic landscape shaped by the IJssel River, featuring floodplains, grasslands, and cities such as Zutphen and Deventer.
