The apartment is located in a traditional country house in the heart of the Conero Nature Park, surrounded by nature and overlooking the Adriatic Sea. It is a quiet and authentic place, ideal for guests looking for nature, simplicity and relaxation. The house is located directly opposite the footpath to Mezzavalle beach, one of the most beautiful and unspoilt beaches in the region, which is just a minute's walk away. The apartment is located on the first floor and offers a large double bedroom, a bright living area with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with washing machine. Outside there is a shaded area with table and barbecue, ideal for relaxing after a day by the sea.
Nature and surroundings
The apartment is nestled in the natural surroundings of the Conero Nature Park, one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline on the Adriatic. Just a few steps away is the hiking trail that leads to Mezzavalle beach - one of the wildest and most impressive beaches in the region with crystal clear water and natural rock formations. From the apartment you can also reach the bay of Portonovo without a car: A free shuttle bus runs only about 350 meters from the house. Monte Conero offers numerous panoramic trails, ideal for hiking and exploring, through Mediterranean vegetation with magnificent views of the sea. The Conero cycle path also runs just a few meters from the house, perfect for discovering the surrounding area by bike. For water sports lovers, there is the possibility of practicing windsurfing and other activities both in Numana and Portonovo. The area is ideal for those looking for nature, sea and outdoor activities in a quiet and authentic environment
