Nature house in Sellingen

Welcome to B&B ´t Boerenhart in the Monastery Farm Sellingen, in the middle of the beautiful landscape of Westerwolde in the lower tip of Groningen! In our building we have made a spacious B&B, where everything has been refurbished and new plumbing has been installed with a nice rain shower. It is spacious with its own entrance and has a kitchen with all appliances. Besides the beautiful surroundings you have a view of our Monastery Garden and our characteristic and unique building. The extensive breakfast is ready for you, where the local products are not missing. The B&B is on the ground floor and therefore possibly passable with a walker. It is possible to bring up to 2 small children. You book this by clicking on the option "high chair" :) Breakfast for the little one is also available. Westerwolde is a beautiful wooded area, in the midst of unspoiled nature. You can hike, bike, mountain bike, horseback ride, fish, sail, photograph, etc. here. This area has not yet been discovered by many tourists, so peace and quiet is still normal here. Discover the hidden Westerwolde, a quiet area full of forests, fens and meandering streams, an intimate landscape with pieces of heathland, forest and farmland. In Gronings words, it could be less! We have the B & B not for nothing called 't Boeren hart. In our building there is a stables and we keep calves on straw. We work together with local farmers to supply feed and remove manure. Our calves are allowed to keep their horns and have plenty of space available. We keep a cross between Holstein and Belgian blue. This creates a nice mix that in addition to a calm character, also gives these animals a unique appearance.
