One very well insulated house equipped with all comforts with a cozy pellet stove. Built in 2009. Open kitchen with large cold room. Ideal for 3 to 5 families with children. The garden with trees and fenced. For relaxation there is a ping pong table, pool table, foosball table and darts. Outside there is a slide and trampoline. The wood-fired hot tub is the ideal wellness for winter/autumn. Firewood to bring along or buy on the spot in spar/demashop. A spacious garage for bikes or motorcycles. A cozy pellet stove warms up the living room in no time. Semi-covered terrace with gas BBQ. There are 5 showers in the house by 2 burners with hot water. So 5 people can shower at the same time and everyone is quickly ready to go out.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in a cul-de-sac in a quiet forest 6 km from Durbuy. From the house you can make a beautiful walk to the menhirs of Wéris.Despite the quiet location you will find within a radius of 3 km several supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants.Durbuy is located in the Ardennes known for its nature and many forests. Kayaking, mountain biking or hiking is one of the popular activities you can do here. The Ourthe is a river located 2.5 km from the house with a path along which you can cycle or walk.The Ardennes is characterized by its green forests and hilly landscape. The dense forests in the area make the region a good habitat for a number of wild animals, such as deer, birds of prey, lynx, beavers and wild boars.
