Newly built home (2025), and it will be ready for occupancy in 2026. The lodge is within walking distance of the beautiful Nissermeer. The home features three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed, and one bedroom with two single beds on the first floor. A beautiful, new, modern design home in southern Norway (Telemark) near Treungen. Lake Nisser is a 2-hour drive from Kristiansand and is easily accessible, even in winter. Thanks to the large windows, the house is wonderfully light and spacious, with unobstructed views of the Norwegian countryside. The house is very comfortable and features underfloor heating, a heat pump, and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. Bedding, towels, and dish towels are provided, along with a washer and dryer. There is also a charging station for electric cars. In short, a beautiful, fully furnished new vacation home, ideal for a carefree stay. Our house is available for rent starting at 125 per night.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in Telemark (southern Norway) and is perfectly situated for outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, stand-up paddleboarding, mountain biking, and hiking, or cross-country skiing and downhill skiing in the winter. In winter, the cross-country ski trails start right behind the house. The Gautefall ski resort is about a 15-minute drive away, and Vrådal is about 45 minutes away. But of course, relaxing and enjoying nature on the spacious terrace by the fireplace is also not to be missed. Discover the beautiful Norwegian coast with charming coastal towns like Kragerø and Arendal. You can combine this with a visit to Merdø and Tvedestrand (along with the island of Sandøya) and Risør. Or explore idyllic islands like Skåtøy and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere along the coast. The Norwegian coast is about an hour’s drive from the lodge (approximately 85 kilometers) and is perfect for a day trip. In the coastal towns, you’ll also find plenty of great restaurants, cozy cafés, and harbors.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 21 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
