The house is a typical stone and wood cottage, completely renovated in 2015, spread over two floors plus an attic. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed on the first floor, as well as the main bathroom. There is a large living room with a sofa bed, kitchenette and a bathroom on the ground floor. The large surrounding garden is equipped with a table with benches and parasol, deckchairs, barbecue area, possibility of a small outdoor swimming pool (2x3 metres) and enjoys a magnificent lake view. A compact off road or all wheel drive car is necessary in order to park at the property otherwise we suggest you to park at the public car park and walk. Please note the route to walk is an off road track and would not suit those with limited mobility.

Isolated away from the hustle and bustle of big cities, surrounded by picturesque views of green landscape and mountains of Switzerland and overlooking the world renowned Lake Como. Boasting a highly desired location based just off Lake Como, it is tucked in just off the mountain to ensure peace and serenity. A few minutes drive from the ancient town of Nesso (15 min walk from Nesso along an old mule track) and the Nesso gorge, 30 min drive from Como and Bellagio, 1 hour 15 min drive from Milan. Located less than 200 metres away from Budanchen waterfall! Lots of mountain tracks nearby. Possibility of public or private boat tours from Nesso.
