Nestled in a peaceful setting, this charming traditional stone cottage was completely renovated in 2015 and is spread over two floors plus an attic, combining rustic character with modern comforts. The first floor features two cosy bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds, as well as the main bathroom. On the ground floor, a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchenette and a second bathroom provides the perfect space to relax and enjoy your stay. Outside, a large private garden invites you to enjoy al fresco dining at the table with benches under the parasol, soak up the sun on the deckchairs, or gather around the barbecue for a memorable evening outdoors. During your stay, you can also enjoy the possibility of a small outdoor swimming pool (2 x 3 metres), all while taking in the magnificent views of the lake. Fully fenced, dog-friendly garden. A compact off-road vehicle/four-wheel-drive car is necessary to park directly at the property.

Isolated away from the hustle and bustle of big cities, surrounded by picturesque views of green landscape and mountains of Switzerland and overlooking the world renowned Lake Como, it is tucked in just off the mountain to ensure peace and serenity. The picturesque village of Nesso is just a short drive away, or approximately a 30-minute walk along an ancient mule track. From here, you can explore the spectacular Nesso Gorge, while Como and Bellagio are both around a 30-minute drive away. Nature lovers will be delighted to discover the Budanchen Waterfall, located less than 200 m from the property, as well as numerous nearby mountain trails. A compact off-road vehicle/4-wheel-drive car is necessary to park directly at the property. Alternatively, you can leave your car in the public car park and walk to the cottage. Due to the rugged nature of the access path, the property may not be suitable for elderly guests, people with limited mobility or families with toddlers.
