The house dates from 1780 and has 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people. The Kingsize beds (1m80 by 2m) are equipped with comforters, pillows and cotton satin sheets. On the ground floor is 1 bedroom whose bed can be split up. Downstairs is a shower/lavatory and separate toilet. Upstairs are the other 2 bedrooms. 1 master bedroom and a second smaller room. A spacious bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet and built-in hall cabinets. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Furthermore, the house has a fully equipped kitchen and living room, underfloor heating, wood stove and smart TV. Fiber connection for super fast internet.Washer/dryer and ironing facilities are also provided.Attached to the house is a spacious furnished terrace with beautiful views of the garden. Facilities to have a BBQ are available. In addition to the carport, there is private parking across the street.
Nature and surroundings
Alluy is part of the department Nièvre - region Bourgogne - Franche - Comte. The Nièvre is located in the southwest of Burgundy. It is an area with a lot of greenery and water. Nevers is the largest city in this department, which is bordered on the western side by the Loire River. To the southwest is the beautiful area of the Bec d' Allier where the Loire and Allier rivers meet. On the east side you will find the huge natural park of the Morvan. The house is in the middle of a beautiful rolling landscape garden of about 1 Ha. The birdlife around the house is enormous and early spring is dominated by golden primroses and later by the 4 species of wild orchids in the garden.
