Nature house in Schalkenbach

Fine house, in fine weather you have a large garden at your disposal where children can play. But where there is also room to cook outside over a fire. The cottage is located in a beautiful forest where you can make a nice walk.On rainy days there is enough choice from the games cabinet to play a game together at the spacious table.We have not used the sauna because the weather was too nice and we wanted to go out.If you still want to watch a movie, bring your own tablet, the wifi does super.Furthermore, the house is fully equipped for a nice stay.

Fijn huis, bij mooi weer heb je een grote tuin tot je beschikking waar kinderen kunnen spelen. Maar waar ook ruimte is om buiten boven een vuurtje te koken. Het huisje ligt in een mooi bos waar je een leuke wandeling kunt maken.

Bij regenachtige dagen is er genoeg keuze uit de spellen kast om samen een spel te doen aan de ruime tafel.

Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de sauna omdat het weer te mooi was en we er lekker op uit wilden.

Mocht je toch een film willen kijken, breng je eigen tablet mee, de wifi doet het super.

Verder is het huis van alle gemakken voorzien voor een fijn verblijf.

We really had a fantastic time in this cottage and the beautiful surroundings of the Eifel. From cozy villages to adventurous walks. The search for fossils to tobogganing. We have enjoyed and ran out of time, otherwise we would have also used the sauna at the house, but the weather was too beautiful to explore the area further. In the cottage we have had a nice family time, time for a game and campfire outside. The children had fun on the trampoline and swing. The cottage is fully equipped, even the beds were already made when we arrived, what a luxury.

Wij hebben echt een fantastische tijd gehad in dit huisje en de prachtige omgeving van de Eifel. Van knusse dorpjes tot avontuurlijke wandelingen. Het zoeken naar fossielen tot aan rodelen. Wij hebben genoten en kwamen tijd te kort, Anders hadden we ook nog wel gebruik gemaakt van de sauna bij het huis, maar het weer was te mooi om de omgeving verder te ontdekken.

In het huisje hebben we een fijne familie tijd gehad, tijd voor een spelletje en buiten kampvuur maken.
De kinderen vermaakten zich op de trampoline en de schommel.

Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs de bedden waren al opgemaakt toen we aan kwamen, wat een luxe.

Good to realize that the upstairs is 1 room with open stairwell to downstairs. In our case with 2 children it was not a problem. Response from the landlord: Thank you very much for the very positive feedback. We will soon divide the upper floor into two rooms

Goed te beseffen dat de bovenverdieping 1 ruimte is met open trapgat naar benden. In ons geval met 2 kinderen was het geen probleem.

Really into nature. Walking out through the back gate. Lots present for children: playground, trampoline, games inside. Simple furnishings but good. Sauna wood-fired only; takes a while but warm to get and big enough.

Echt in de natuur. Wandelen door de achterpoort naar buiten. Veel aanwezig voor kinderen: speeltoestel, trampoline, spelletjes binnen. Simpele inrichting maar goed. Sauna enkel houtgestookt; duurt even maar warm te krijgen en groot genoeg.

Beautiful wooden cottage with beautiful interior and large garden with with trampoline, swing and fire pit. Inside it is immediately cozy with the fireplace on. Also the sauna was lovely. Everything was well cared for and clean. I would definitely come back here.The village of bad neuenahr-ahrweiler is also definitely nice to visit. There is also a climbing park and a beautiful castle (Burresheim) nearby. The entrance is by code, which allowed us to arrive even late. All information was well explained, such as navigation and use of facilities.

Prachtig houten huisje met mooi interieur en grote tuin met met trampoline, schommel en vuurplaats. Binnen is het meteen gezellig met de open haard aan. Ook de sauna was heerlijk. Alles was goed verzorgd en schoon. Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen.

Het dorpje bad neuenahr-ahrweiler is ook zeker leuk om te bezoeken. Verder is er een klimpark en een prachtig kasteel (Burresheim) in de buurt.

De entree is met een code, waardoor we ook laat nog konden aankomen. Alle informatie was goed uitgelegd, zoals navigatie en gebruik van voorzieningen.

Beautiful nature, from the cottage you walk straight into the forest. There are many beautiful hills. We also saw many deer.

Mooie natuur, vanuit het huisje loop je zo het bos in. Er zijn veel mooie heuvels. Ook hebben we veel herten gezien.
