Our Tiny house is a converted shipping container of approximately 30 m2, equipped with all conveniences. An air conditioner offers coolness in summer and heating if needed. For the colder evenings you can fire up the wood stove. In the fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, fridge with large freezer compartment and three-burner induction stove with oven, you can enjoy cooking. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and Italian shower, sink and WC. A grill on the terrace allows you to enjoy the summer evenings outdoors. The garden offers several seating areas so you can relax in the shade or in the sun. For the enthusiast there is a hammock available. The private parking next to the Tiny house is on the cul-de-sac on which the hamlet of Chez Pouyade is located. With its 3 households, tranquility is guaranteed. There is a chance of game hunting in the area during hunting season.
Nature and surroundings
In the midst of green forests and vast and rolling fields, the Parc Naturel Régional Périgord-Limousin, with its varied fauna and flora, offers you numerous opportunities to explore the area in peace. In the immediate vicinity of La Vagabonde, chances are you will come face to face with deer, wild boar, foxes, hares, squirrels, ... From your lodging you can take numerous walks in the vast countryside. While enjoying a delicious glass of wine on the terrace, you will be treated to a concert of numerous birds, including the golden oriole during the summer season. Ancient castles, picturesque medieval villages and cities such as Brantôme (the Venice of the Dordogne) at 15 km, Périgueux (35 km), Angoulème (50 km) and Bordeaux (150 km), offer numerous excursion possibilities, as well as caves and rivers. A day trip to the coast is also an option. There is a bakery in the village of Léguillac-de-Cercles (1.5 km).
