The location consists of six fully furnished 2-person apartments, each with the possibility of adding two extra beds. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom and its own style and appearance, with attention to tranquility, comfort and detail. The Living Room with long dining table, generous seating area, stove and semi-professional kitchen is the central meeting point. The Garden Room can be used flexibly for meetings, workshops, sports lessons or other group activities. Surrounded by a large, naturally landscaped garden with long outdoor table, beach volleyball court, bocce court, campfire area, hammocks and various seating areas, Yart is ideal for groups of up to 24 people who want to combine privacy with togetherness.

In the immediate vicinity of Yart you will find extensive beaches and various walking and cycling routes through the polder, along Natura 2000 area and the coast. The various islands of Zeeland are easy to explore, for example by bicycle or scooter. There are also opportunities for boat trips on the Grevelingen and Oosterschelde estuaries, where seals can be seen regularly. For families, there are plenty of trips nearby, such as Neeltje Jans Aqua Park, Aqua Mundo Port Zélande and the climbing forest in the Burgh Haamstede property. Those looking for culture and fun can visit Zierikzee with its old harbor, museums and stores, lively Renesse or historic Middelburg. The Watersnoodmuseum and Wijnhoeve De Kleine Schorre are also worth a visit.
