You will find a beautiful abbey church with refined carvings and an ancient Roman bridge over the Creuse River - a place that invites you to walk, slow down and enjoy.

The accommodation is located in the heart of France, in the department of Creuse - a region known for its unspoiled nature, lakes, forests and quiet landscapes. It is a region where time seems to move slower and where there is room to really unwind, and the surrounding area is home to several authentic towns and villages. Guéret, the department's capital, offers all the necessary amenities. Those who like to soak up local atmosphere can visit Aubusson, famous for its tapestry art, or Felletin, with its artisan traditions and lively Friday morning market full of local products. The Creuse is a paradise for hikers and cyclists. There are numerous trails - including directly from the property - through forests and along rivers, but even without a map you can set off endlessly here - often without meeting anyone. In addition to nature and villages, the Creuse is also home to a number of châteaux and historic sites full of character, such as Boussac, Villemonteix, La Roche and Crozant.
