A beautiful vacation home, located on a road that is closed to through traffic , in a beautiful location between Oostkapelle and Serooskerke. The Zwanenburg area is a so-called "Hidden Countryside," an originally 18th century country house, which was converted into a farm in 1797. The house was renovated in mid-2016 and equipped with a new, luxury kitchen and fresh bathrooms. Around the house is a large garden and an enclosed playground with play equipment. In the barn is a table tennis table. You can also store your bicycles in the barn. In the yard there is also a trampoline. Our house is particularly suitable for families with children. The detached vacation home offers peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing vacation on Walcheren.
Nature and surroundings
Our house is located in the middle of extensive nature: one of the few places in the Netherlands where you can enjoy forest, dunes and beach in the immediate vicinity. Here you will experience peace and quiet, while amenities and cozy villages are within easy reach. The center of Oostkapelle is within walking distance and the beach is easily reached by bicycle. Other charming coastal towns such as Domburg, Zoutelande and Westkapelle are also easy to reach by bike. Also be sure to visit the medieval cities of Middelburg and Veere, or take a trip to the Vlissingen boulevard to admire the largest sea-going ships from close by. Prefer not to be surrounded by crowds? Then stay at home and enjoy the spacious garden and the unobstructed view. A short distance away are also the beautiful nature reserves of Oranjezon and De Manteling. You can also use one of our bicycles and cycle to the lively Domburg within about 15 minutes.
