Our apartments are spacious, comfortable, and ideal for families or groups of up to four people. With a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom, you’ll have everything you need right at your fingertips. There are two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The living room also features a sofa bed that easily converts into a full-size bed. This way, everyone enjoys a comfortable and practical place to sleep, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation together. The photos below give a good idea of what to expect, but details may vary by apartment.

Less than a 10-minute drive away lies the idyllic town of Città della Pieve, which you’ll fall in love with: small, cozy streets, wonderful restaurants, a weekly farmers’ market, and the most delicious gelato! Lake Trasimeno and cities like Siena, Rome, and Florence are just a short distance away. Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €100.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
