Our apartments are spacious, comfortable and ideal for families or parties of up to four people. With a bright living room, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom, you'll have everything you need right here. There are two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The living room also has a sofa bed that can easily be converted into a full-size bed. So everyone enjoys a nice and practical place to sleep, with plenty of space to relax and vacation together. The photos below are a good indication but details may vary from one apartment to another.

Less than 10 minutes away is the idyllic Città della Pieve to fall in love with: small streets, delicious restaurants and a weekly market. Lake Trasimeno and cities like Siena, Rome and Florence are a short distance away. Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €100.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
